Senior Functional Consultant

Your Role

Our Functional Consultant builds the bridge between IT and the business. For our customers’ sales team you are the sparring partner who understands the challenges they encounter. You articulate how the SalesForce features & platform can support their needs. You map the business context and based on your expertise you advise on the optimal solution. Through the unique mixture of your technical knowledge, your critical thinking and your creative skills you create effective solutions and implement them. Translating business needs/requirements into SalesForce – specifications have no secrets for you. You ensure the follow-up of trends and evolutions in SalesForce tools. It is expected of you to share knowledge with other team members and take juniors with you.

What do we expect from you?

• Proven SalesForce track record with minimum 3 full lifecycles
• Strong experience in a business sales environment or in CRM IT support
• Able to interact with different stakeholders
• Excellent in understanding the business context of our customers
• Able to communicate (spoken and written) in Dutch and English
• Driven to deliver high quality results
• As part of a project team creativity, flexibility and independence are essential
